  • Ability to influence and advise senior leaders with confidence, data, and market insights.

  • Strong track record of sourcing and engaging passive talent, especially at the leadership level.

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.

  • Experience building and maintaining trusted, consultative relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.

  • Advanced proficiency with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools like SeekOut, HireEZ, or Stack Overflow.

  • Ability to collaborate in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will make an impact by:

  • Building and executing recruitment strategies specifically focused on product, design, and engineering roles, with an emphasis on attracting candidates who thrive in scaling startup environments.

  • Developing a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through creative sourcing techniques.

  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.

  • Acting as a strategic, trusted partner to hiring teams and EPDD leadership ensuring they are equipped with insights, resources, and best practices to interview and make assured business and hiring choices.
