Job Overview:

• We're looking for a seasoned SAP CPI Integration Specialist to serve as the primary architect of our enterprise data flows. 
• This is not a traditional middleware role; it's a high-impact position at the intersection of business processes and data engineering. 
• You'll design and own the integrations that keep our ERP, CRM, and Data Warehouse operating as a unified ecosystem. 
• The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP Integration Suite alongside hands-on experience connecting Salesforce and Snowflake. 
• You understand that the right integration pattern, synchronous vs asynchronous, real-time vs. batch, can make or break a business process, and you're ready to advise stakeholders accordingly. 

Key Responsibilities: 
Integration Design & Development: Architect, build, test, and deploy end-to-end integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) to connect SAP S/4HANA with non-SAP cloud applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Salesforce SAP Synchronization: Design and maintain robust bi-directional data syncs between SAP and Salesforce, ensuring lead-to-cash workflows and customer master data remain consistent across platforms.

Data Pipeline Architecture: Build high-volume data pipelines into Snowflake, optimizing for performance, data quality, and delivery of clean, structured datasets for downstream analytics and reporting.

API Management: Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs and OData services to enable real-time, secure data exchange across the enterprise application landscape. 

Operational Excellence: Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex integration failures, performing root-cause analysis on payload errors, connectivity issues, and data transformation anomalies.

Standards & Governance: Define and enforce integration standards, naming conventions, error-handling patterns, and monitoring/alerting practices to maintain a healthy integration estate. 

Technical Requirements:
SAP Integration Suite: 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), including iFlow development and monitoring.

Salesforce Integration: Proven track record building integrations with Salesforce using platform adapters, Bulk API, Composite API, and OAuth 2.0 authentication flows.

Data Warehousing: Experience designing data pipelines to Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouses; strong command of SQL, staging strategies, and incremental load patterns.

Development Skills: Proficiency in Groovy Script, Java, and XSLT mapping for message transformation and custom processing logic.

Protocols & Standards: Deep understanding of HTTPS, SFTP, AS2, and EDI, with the ability to troubleshoot connectivity and payload issues at the protocol level.

Must have Skills: 
SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) (Expert), SAP BTP (Strong)

Good To Have Skills:
SAP ABAP development (Capable)
Certifications: SAP Certified Development Associate “ SAP Integration Suite or equivalent BTP certification.
