Job Description

Must have Skills : Salesforce UX experience

Job Overview: -

  • UX Lead- Salesforce UX experience - Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to showcase design concepts and user flows.
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Ability to decompose lengthy workflows into more usable, intuitive, and simple tasks.
  • Work in cross functional teams with Developers and UX Leaders to ensure project quality in terms of consistency and guidelines.
  • Conduct user interviews, focus groups and contextual inquiry sessions to understand business requirements and to get valuable insights into the user pain points.
  • Create detailed use cases to cover all the possible scenarios.
  • Experience in designing complex, user-centered digital products.
  • Designed interactive wireframes using modern UI design features.
  • Proficient in usability principles and techniques.
  • Oversee usability testing, user feedback sessions, and other evaluation techniques to ensure that designs meet user expectations and business goals.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
