  • Participate in the brainstorming, technical design, and grooming of the next generation of GraphQL back end APIs to share data on network status and configuration.
  • Provide technical leadership to operations engineers and junior FTEs to resolve recurring customer-facing network configuration problems
  • Become an expert on the tools, programming languages, and engineering processes that GNX and the broader GNET team use to deliver well-tested, observable, documented, efficient, scalable, and resilient solutions
  • Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence and quality, including participating in interviewing, code reviews, sprint rituals, and providing constructive feedback, and collaborate with team members to continuously improve code quality and standards.

You Have:

  • A BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality products using JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Expertise in React OR experience in multiple alternate front-end frameworks
