We're seeking a talented Senior Software Developer who's ready to take their technical expertise to the next level. As a senior resource on our DC pension portal team, you'll design, code, and configure features that directly impact millions of lives while solving some of the most challenging technical problems in the benefits administration space.

What you’ll do
Craft & Create

  • Design, code, configure, test, and debug sophisticated applications using Microsoft .NET, modern web technologies, and relational databases

  • Serve as a technical expert, tackling complex projects that require creative problem-solving and minimal hand-holding

  • Transform requirements and acceptance criteria into elegant, production-ready code
     

Estimate & Execute

  • Develop accurate project estimates that keep initiatives on track

  • Make critical technical decisions independently or escalate strategically when needed

  • Take ownership of your deliverables from concept to deployment
     

Support & Solve

  • Provide expert-level Tier III technical support for the most challenging issues

  • Be the go-to resource when internal and external clients face complex problems

  • Monitor support trends and identify opportunities for improvement

What you bring:
 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 5+ years of proven application architecture and development experience
     

Technical Arsenal

  • Core Technologies: C#, Web API, Microservices, JavaScript, TypeScript, AJAX

  • Database Power: MS SQL Server 2019, T-SQL

  • Framework Expertise: ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Angular, AngularJS, .NET Framework

  • Development Tools: Visual Studio, SSRS, Bootstrap, HTML5

  • Integration Skills: WCF/Web Services, XML, JSON

  • Modern Practices: DevOps, Agile Methodology

  • Architecture Knowledge: Multi-tier Internet/Intranet applications with design patterns

Salary Range: $65K - $95K
 

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
