Your Moneris Career – The Opportunity

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design and deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud to support key business operations and customer experiences.

You’ll play a critical role in building and optimizing Salesforce capabilities within a complex, integrated environment. This role involves developing custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components while integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems through APIs and MuleSoft. You’ll influence architecture decisions, ensure scalability and security, and contribute to large, cross-functional initiatives. The team prioritizes high-quality engineering practices, robust data architecture, and continuous improvement in a fast-evolving platform ecosystem.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Senior Manager, Software Development and Architecture

Posting Type: New Position

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $142,000

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career – What you’ll do

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.

  • Design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.

  • Review code, solution designs, and integration strategies across development teams.

  • Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs and MuleSoft.

  • Translate business requirements into secure, high-performance technical solutions.

  • Contribute to data model design, schema optimization, and platform architecture.

  • Participate in Agile delivery, including sprint planning, QA, and UAT support.

  • Maintain code quality through peer reviews and adherence to best practices.

  • Optimize code and integrations for performance, maintainability, and scalability.

  • Mentor Salesforce developers and admins.

Your Moneris Career – What you bring

Required qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.

  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.

  • Strong experience in Salesforce data model design and schema optimization.

  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, Shield).

  • Experience with Flows, Apex triggers, and automation strategies.

  • Experience working with MuleSoft for integrations.

  • Experience delivering scalable, secure, production-grade Salesforce solutions.

  • Experience leading delivery of large Salesforce implementations with integrations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Revenue Cloud and CPQ.

  • Experience designing enterprise-level Salesforce architectures.

  • Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices within Salesforce environments.
