Job Description
As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you report directly to the Senior Director of Finance. Your expertise in data analysis, revenue modelling, and process optimization will be instrumental in achieving revenue goals, enhancing operational efficiency, and guiding cross-functional teams. By providing valuable insights and implementing best practices, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's revenue growth and overall success.
As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will establish and maintain sales processes and workflows, while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. You will be Rewind’s go-to person when it comes to data and will be producing reports used in OKRs, QBRs and Board meetings. You will be working with various stakeholders within Revenue and other departments providing them visibility into performance, metrics, and revenue trends.
Your responsibilities will be:

Establishing and maintaining sales processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.

Analyzing Customer Support data and processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality.

Establishing and managing processes for partner relationships, including partner referrals and performance tracking.

Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, partner contributions, and overall revenue trends.

Owning the data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics across the revenue teams, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Monitoring and reporting on key processes and KPIs, leveraging this data to produce decks and reporting used for key internal meetings, OKRs, QBRs, Operations, Board and Team meetings.

Optimizing Revenue Team workflows and tools to enhance productivity and optimize performance metrics.

Managing a robust technology stack, including Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, SalesLoft, Sweep, Gong, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, Ada, PartnerStack and more.

Remaining educated on Revenue operations trends and best practices, inclusive of implementing AI to optimize personal, team and company efficiency.

Ensuring all systems are integrated and functioning properly to support seamless data flow and accurate reporting while working cross-functionally with teams supporting other critical tools such as Metabase and Hubspot.

Documenting procedures, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.

Working cross-functionally with the Marketing, Finance and Data teams to ensure data consistency and be a key contributor to the annual planning/modelling process.

Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the Revenue Operations team.

Fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.

Leading special projects related to scaling operations, process automation, or system integrations.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates that have at least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and process improvements in a high-growth company.
You should also have:

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and metrics (ARR, CAC, CLTV, etc.).

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience leading and managing a small team
Nice to Have:
-
Experience in a Series B or later stage SaaS company.

Experience implementing and managing sales and marketing tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Marketo, etc.).

Knowledge of financial metrics and experience working closely with finance teams on forecasting and revenue recognition.

This role will be based out of our Ottawa or Toronto Office.
