Summary of Job:


Reporting to the Sr. Director, GoToMarket, you'll strategize and execute revenue enablement programs across all AutoSync products. By collaborating cross-functionally with our sales and performance management teams, you'll understand their biggest challenges and develop feedback loops to ensure GTM/Marketing, Product and field teams are aligned. You will support both sales and PM teams with planned and just-in-time trainings that focus on our customers and drive sales effectiveness. 


Key Areas of Responsibility:


1. (40%) Lead the development and execution of the revenue enablement strategies and programs for AutoSync sales and performance management (PM) teams to unlock incremental revenue for the business. 

- Build revenue enablement programs across products to improve customer acquisition, upsell and customer retention 

- Set and measure KPIs tied to business outcomes to understand marketing and sales campaign effectiveness 

- Collaborate closely with sales and PM leadership to identify and address performance gaps 

- Maintain a sales enablement calendar across the product suite 


2. (30%) Build and execute a plan for sales training for both new hires and existing sales and PM teams. 

- Design and develop sales training programs focused on ensuring seller competencies across all AutoSync products leading to increased cross-sell and upsell revenue 

- Partner closely with the product, product marketing and growth and development folks to ensure ongoing training of soft skills/product readiness in relation to product launches 


3. (20%) Support with sales operations and project management across GTM initiatives 

- Refine the sales team compensation and incentive structure for each campaign, as needed 

- Identify, implement and own the tools and dashboards needed to drive productivity (i.e. forecasting & opportunity management) 


4. (10%) Formalize customer and sales feedback to product and support pilot programs on Activix 


Education, Experience and Technical Skills:


- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar discipline 

- Minimum of 3-5 years revenue enablement experience preferably in the SaaS industry

- Strong product development cycle knowledge

- Experience in supporting sales or prior sales/account management experience

- Experience in the automotive industry

- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
