Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to assist in identifying highly qualified candidates. In addition to assisting on specific positions this person will play an instrumental role in developing a world class talent attraction department for Tricon Residential. The primary focus will be on supporting the Talent Acquisition function by providing a comprehensive sourcing strategy for all positions assigned. This will include ensuring that formal processes and procedures are followed, building executive and field leadership capabilities, and establishing employment branding. This person will be responsible for the ongoing effort to discover talent, build a strong talent acquisition culture, manage day to day tasks, and ensure a consistent experience for both candidates and internal business partners. This person will need a sharp eye for talent and a commitment to bringing our guiding principles and mission to life through people.

  • Manage full cycle, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
  • Manage and drive end-to-end process expectations with our senior leadership team focusing on delivering a consistent and service-oriented experience
  • Build a diverse candidate pipeline for existing and upcoming roles
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile
  • Act as a strategic business partner; be well informed on business needs and department strategy
  • Be the subject matter expert on market conditions, candidate recommendations, and create and deliver and effective hiring strategy
  • Communicate progress regularly and effectively to stakeholders and mitigate any issues or hurdles to delivering results
  • Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen with the ability to use data and competitive analysis to influence hiring decisions
  • Provide thought leadership on talent planning, providing compelling analysis, insights, and pushback to leadership when needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience building diverse teams
  • Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and utilizing applicant tracking systems, Workday a plus
  • Building and managing successful relationships and have the ability to understand business and department needs
  • Must have experience managing high-profile clients and candidates from outreach to close
  • Holding oneself accountable for achieving high levels of individual performance
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Analytical capability, ability to be data-driven in your approach to recruiting
  • Proven strength in assessing leadership capabilities and functional skills of candidates
  • Experienced in presenting and negotiating complex offers
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify root causes of stalled hiring processes and course correct
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and exhibits a sense of urgency

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of recruiting experience, experience working in Real Estate is a plus
  • B.A. or B.S. in Business, Human Resources, or related field
