Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of high-impact digital products for enterprise clients. You will work closely with clients, leadership, engineering, design, and delivery teams to drive product direction from discovery through execution.

This role requires a balance of strategic product leadership and strong business analysis capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating complex business needs into clear product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Product Manager at TechBlocks, you will:

Product Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with client business goals and TechBlocks strategic objectives.
  • Lead product discovery initiatives, stakeholder workshops, and customer research to identify opportunities and shape product direction.
  • Drive prioritization decisions based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders and clients to support digital transformation and enterprise product initiatives.

Product Delivery & Business Analysis
  • Own and manage product backlogs, roadmap execution, and delivery priorities across multiple initiatives.
  • Lead business and technical discovery sessions to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and product opportunities.
  • Translate complex business processes and stakeholder needs into user stories, process flows, functional requirements, and actionable delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful Agile delivery.
  • Support release planning, product launches, and continuous product improvement initiatives using customer feedback and data-driven insights.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Serve as the strategic liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, scope, and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate roadmap reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive-level discussions.
  • Communicate product progress, risks, opportunities, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, digital product strategy, business analysis, or related leadership roles within technology, consulting, or enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional product teams and managing complex digital product initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, customer discovery, Agile delivery methodologies, and backlog management.
  • Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and functional documentation.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and delivery oversight.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience leveraging data and insights for decision-making.
  • Experience delivering digital products including web, mobile, cloud, SaaS, and enterprise platforms.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in enterprise consulting or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Agile or Product Management certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic, PMP).
  • Familiarity with UX research, design thinking, and user journey mapping.
  • Experience working within enterprise application ecosystems and large-scale digital programs.
