Lead global delivery teams to plan and execute web, mobile, data engineering, and IoT projects. Manage full project lifecycle, apply Agile and Waterfall practices, coordinate onshore/offshore teams, run discovery and UX workshops, track risks, budgets, resources, and use PM tools to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Lead executive relationships and growth for top enterprise Retail accounts, define multi-year digital and AI/cloud strategies, drive proposal development, and ensure delivery governance across onshore/nearshore/offshore teams. Oversee budgets, resourcing, risk management, QBRs, and operational execution to achieve client outcomes and expansion.

Design, implement, and scale optimization (MILP, heuristics) and ML solutions for routing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Build predictive models and feature pipelines, integrate ML inputs into optimization frameworks, diagnose and resolve model issues, develop Python/SQL data workflows, deploy in Azure/Databricks, ensure data quality and model reliability, and collaborate with stakeholders while mentoring junior team members.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise-scale, cloud-native Azure data platforms. Architect and build Synapse/Databricks-based data lakes, warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and streaming. Drive data modernization, governance, performance optimization, and mentor data engineering teams while collaborating with cloud, DevOps, security, and analytics stakeholders.
