Own enterprise data quality standards and monitoring across source systems, ETL pipelines, and cloud warehouses. Profile and validate data, perform root-cause analysis, design ETL test strategies, and prevent bad data from reaching models and dashboards. Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Governance to define validation criteria, report KPIs, and mentor junior analysts.

Lead end-to-end delivery of data science, ML, and AI programs from scoping to production. Build roadmaps, manage cross-functional resourcing, run Agile ceremonies, manage risks/dependencies, coordinate model lifecycle and data engineering readiness, oversee executive reporting, and mentor PMs and technical leads to establish delivery best practices.

Lead technical strategy and hands-on development of large-scale optimization and ML systems (routing, scheduling, resource allocation). Design MILP/VRP/constraint solutions, integrate forecasting with optimization, deploy on cloud/lakehouse, mentor a data science team, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable operational improvements.

Lead executive relationships and growth for top enterprise Retail accounts, define multi-year digital and AI/cloud strategies, drive proposal development, and ensure delivery governance across onshore/nearshore/offshore teams. Oversee budgets, resourcing, risk management, QBRs, and operational execution to achieve client outcomes and expansion.

Design, implement, and scale optimization (MILP, heuristics) and ML solutions for routing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Build predictive models and feature pipelines, integrate ML inputs into optimization frameworks, diagnose and resolve model issues, develop Python/SQL data workflows, deploy in Azure/Databricks, ensure data quality and model reliability, and collaborate with stakeholders while mentoring junior team members.
