Manage large-scale technology programs involving 200–500-person onshore and offshore teams. Lead cross-functional delivery across project management, product, development, architecture, QA, DevOps, and shared services. Oversee offshore transitions, establish PMOs, conduct executive presentations and steering committees, optimize team structures, and ensure performance against budget, resource, quality, and delivery targets.

Lead technical strategy and hands-on development of large-scale optimization and ML systems (routing, scheduling, resource allocation). Design MILP/VRP/constraint solutions, integrate forecasting with optimization, deploy on cloud/lakehouse, mentor a data science team, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable operational improvements.

Lead engineering teams to design and deliver web, mobile, and cloud solutions; define architecture and development plans; manage projects end-to-end; enforce testing and code quality; mentor engineers; drive Agile practices; collaborate on talent acquisition, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.
