Help shape how privacyfirst technology protects people in the moments that matter most. Pontosense transforms everyday spaces into intelligent environments that can recognize risk and respond proactively, all without intrusion. Our technology helps older adults stay independent longer and gives families and care providers confidence that the people they love are safe.

Pontosense is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our B2B safety and wellness platform, Silver Shield, used by care organizations and partners to protect older adults with privacyfirst sensing technology. You will drive the endtoend roadmap for our B2B offering, from customer discovery through launch and iteration, working closely with gotomarket, operations, and engineering to turn our sensing technology into a categorydefining AgeTech solution for enterprise and channel partners.

This is a handson, senior individual contributor role for someone who wants real ownership, clear outcomes, and the chance to help define how Pontosense scales our B2B business.

What you’ll do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Silver Shield’s B2B offering, aligning it with Pontosense’s mission to deliver privacyfirst safety and wellness at scale.
  • Deeply understand our B2B segments (for example, home care providers, senior living, health system and channel partners) and their workflows, economics, and success metrics.
  • Lead discovery with customers and partners to validate problems, prioritize opportunities, and translate insights into clear requirements, user stories, and experiments.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver reliable, scalable features spanning device, cloud, and integrations, balancing usability, safety, and operational constraints.
  • Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success on pilots, rollouts, and ongoing optimization, ensuring the product supports sustainable revenue and adoption.
  • Define and track key product and business KPIs (adoption, activation, usage, retention, incident response times, etc.) and use data to drive prioritization and iteration.
  • Shape packaging, pricing hypotheses, and commercial constructs in partnership with leadership and GTM teams for B2B and partnerled deployments.
  • Create clear product documentation and enablement content that helps internal teams and external partners understand and position Silver Shield effectively.
  • Represent the product in customer meetings and partner conversations, acting as the voice of the user internally and the voice of the product externally.
  • Contribute to the product culture at Pontosense by bringing best practices in B2B product management, experimentation, and outcomedriven planning.

Who you are

  • You have significant experience (typically 5–8+ years) in product management, with a strong track record in B2B or B2B2C products.
  • You’ve owned a product or major product area endtoend, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and iteration, with measurable impact on revenue or adoption.
  • You are comfortable working with products that span hardware and software, even if you are not an engineer yourself, and you can translate technical capabilities into simple value propositions for nontechnical buyers and users.
  • You understand how to build for and with partners, such as care providers, channel partners, or platforms, and you know how to balance their needs with those of end users.
  • You are datainformed but not dataparalyzed: you use quantitative and qualitative insights to make decisions, set hypotheses, and adjust course quickly.
  • You thrive in earlystagefastmoving environments where priorities shift, and you are motivated by ownership, ambiguity, and the chance to build something that can scale globally.
  • You are an excellent communicator who can align stakeholders, write clearly, and tell compelling product stories to internal teams, executives, and external partners.
  • You care about impact in the real world, particularly in supporting aging in place, safety, and dignity for vulnerable populations.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with, AgeTech, digital health, or safetycritical products.
  • Background in building products for care organizations, senior living, home health, or related verticals.
  • Familiarity with partnerled gotomarket motions (for example, telecoms, platforms, or integrated solutions) and the associated product requirements.
  • Exposure to privacy, security, or regulatory considerations in healthcare or adjacent spaces.
  • Experience building and iterating on APIled products or platforms, including working closely with engineering on API design, documentation, and developer experience.

Why join Pontosense

  • Be part of a missiondriven company reshaping the future of wellness technology.
  • Work with a global team of innovators passionate about improving lives through intelligent sensing.
  • Play a key role in defining customer experience and strengthening our partnerships worldwide.
  • Competitive compensation and performancebased growth opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
  • Flexible, hybrid work environment that values autonomy and ownership.
