Job Summary

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own a major area of Introhive’s product ecosystem — guiding strategy, leading discovery, and delivering high‑value outcomes that help our customers harness the full potential of relationship intelligence.

You’ll balance strategic thinking and executional excellence, diving deep to understand user workflows, data challenges, and business needs. You’ll work cross‑functionally to turn connection data into meaningful insights that enhance user experience, drive adoption, and deliver measurable growth impact.

This role is ideal for an experienced PM looking to scale their influence — taking ownership of a core product area that touches multiple personas, workflows, and data systems across the platform.

Job Responsibilities

You’re responsible for the entire product lifecycle from ideation to sunset for key persona-based workflows. In that, you’ll be expected to:

Product Strategy & Customer Insight

  • Define and execute the roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with Introhive’s mission to help customers connect and grow through intelligence.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and workflows — articulating how AI‑ and data‑driven insights solve real business challenges.
  • Translate business strategy, customer insights, and market trends into actionable plans and clear success metrics.

Execution & Delivery

  • Lead your cross‑functional squad of designers, engineers, and data scientists through discovery, definition, and delivery — owning the product lifecycle from ideation to adoption.
  • Balance competing priorities effectively, anchoring decisions in customer value, business impact, and data evidence.
  • Define KPIs, measure outcomes, and iterate fast to optimize usability, performance, and value delivery.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Collaborate tightly with peers in Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams to align strategies and ensure seamless go‑to‑market execution.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to position and launch new capabilities that resonate with Introhive’s customer base.
  • Communicate the why behind your roadmap clearly — connecting your product’s outcomes to customer and business goals.

Continuous Improvement & Leadership

  • Mentor and coach more junior PMs and influence product best practices across the organization.
  • Contribute to building a data‑driven, customer‑obsessed product culture focused on delivering connection and value at scale.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or data/AI‑driven products, launching and scaling customer‑facing products and key capabilities that drive measurable customer and business growth.
  • Demonstrated success building roadmaps and priorities that are viewed as models for clarity, strategic alignment, and user‑driven innovation.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows and data challenges into clear, intuitive user experiences.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to influence across functions and at multiple levels.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable making decisions supported by data and experimentation.
  • Passion for using technology to deepen human connection and improve how teams grow relationships and revenue.
  • Familiarity with CRM ecosystems, data enrichment platforms, or revenue intelligence solutions is an asset.

Why Introhive?

At Introhive, we believe people do their best work when they feel trusted, empowered, and supported. That’s why we value outcomes over hours, curiosity over perfection, and collaboration over ego. You'll have room to grow, tools to succeed, and a team that’s got your back.
