Overview:

The Senior Product Manager sets a clear, compelling product vision and is accountable for executing it. They are a self-starter, a visible organizational leader, a hands-on problem solver, and a relationship builder. The Senior Product Manager continuously builds institutional knowledge that spans all teams and functions within the company as well as a deep understanding of the evolving competitive landscape. They translate that vision into an executional roadmap, and drive it to delivery across web, mobile and MCP. They go deep into how each client segment actual works by sitting with users, mapping end-to-end workflows, and translating what they learn into product features. They own feature prioritization and the backlog. They will author stories and participate in the agile product development cycle.

This is a hybrid position based in Toronto.

What You’ll Do:

  • Segment Depth: Develop an expert-level understanding of each client segment's end-to-end workflow. Translate that understanding directly into product requirements, features, and prioritization decisions, so the roadmap reflects how clients actually work rather than how we assume they do.
  • Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer across all initiatives. Gather and synthesize customer needs and pain points through both quantitative data (and qualitative insights.
  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Own, articulate, and execute a clear product vision and strategy, and rally the organization behind it. Leverage insights from market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and performance metrics to prioritize and shape the product roadmap. Lead quarterly and annual planning, ensuring clear goal-setting and metric tracking aligned with business objectives.
  • Product Evangelism: Serve as the primary advocate for your product internally and externally. Lead product rollouts, including developing training materials, documentation, and leading both virtual and in-person product demonstrations. Represent the product vision and benefits in meetings, presentations, and customer-facing engagements.
  • AI-Enablement: Drive the integration of AI-driven solutions within your product, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy. Identify where AI can improve clients' processes and ship those capabilities into the workflows clients already use. Be hands-on: prototype with current AI tooling, evaluate models and vendors, and write the prompts, agents, and evals that turn a concept into a shippable feature. Ensure the responsible use of AI technologies with a focus on transparency, and ethics.
  • Delivery Excellence: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, driving a culture of continuous improvement and effective iteration.
  • Metrics & Data-Driven Decisions: Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product. Build processes to track, analyze, and review data to inform ongoing product development, prioritization of new features, and customer experience improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams by effectively coordinating between stakeholders across departments, such as sales, marketing, legal, and customer support. Drive alignment on priorities and ensure that feedback is gathered pre- and post-development to drive continuous improvement.

What You Have:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience as an Agile Product Manager
  • Experience developing both a SaaS web and mobile app
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience leading and motivating product teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to set a product vision and execute against it by developing and delivering product strategies and roadmaps for scalable SaaS platforms.
  • Proven track record of learning a customer segment's workflow in depth and converting that insight into shipped features.
  • Working fluency with AI technologies — hands-on experience applying LLMs and AI tooling to real product problems — plus a command of ethical AI practices and human-in-the-loop design principles.
  • Familiarity with OKR process and agile development methodologies.
