Build and lead the Internal Developer Platform (IDP): design and operate production Kubernetes platforms, implement GitOps with Argo CD, enable CI/CD and IaC practices, provide observability via Datadog, support AI/ML workloads, and mentor platform engineers while driving platform-as-product practices and developer experience improvements.

Improve recruiting processes, implement recruiting technologies and AI, set KPIs, and own employer branding and workforce planning projects.
