Manage and administer critical SaaS platforms (Tableau, Freshdesk, Datadog), provide tier-2 product support, triage escalations, build automation and reporting with Python and SQL, maintain runbooks and observability, and coordinate with Engineering, Customer Success, and vendors to improve reliability and incident response.

Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and backlog for SaaS web and mobile products. Develop deep customer workflow expertise, translate insights into features, lead cross-functional agile delivery, and establish product KPIs. Drive AI-enabled capabilities by prototyping with LLMs, evaluating models and vendors, creating prompts, agents, and evaluations, and applying responsible AI practices. Lead product launches, demonstrations, planning, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.

Design, build, and operate scalable Generative AI systems and RAG pipelines; own end-to-end AI application lifecycle on Databricks and AKS; integrate LLMs with data sources and APIs; implement LLMOps, evaluation, observability, and production monitoring; mentor engineers and influence product roadmaps.
