Why this job’s a big deal:
Priceline is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Lead to lead our Oracle ERP and Financial Data platform domain. This role owns the vision, strategy, and delivery of the foundational systems that ensure the accuracy, scalability, and reliability of Priceline’s financial ecosystem.
You will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for Oracle EBS, Oracle EPM, financial data pipelines, and data warehouse platforms. These systems power critical financial processes while enabling the broader organization to operate on trusted, high-quality data.
Operating at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Technology, you will modernize legacy systems into scalable, platform-driven capabilities and drive long-term transformation of Priceline’s FinTech stack.
In this role you will get to:
Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Oracle ERP (AP, AR, GL), Oracle EPM, and financial data platforms.
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, driving strong product discipline, clear priorities, and outcome-focused execution.
Oversee end-to-end delivery across ERP and data platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
Drive a platform-first, data-as-a-product approach to ensure financial data is accurate, accessible, and trusted.
Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Data, and Engineering to translate complex financial workflows into scalable solutions.
Establish and track key metrics across financial systems, including data accuracy, latency, and reconciliation health.
Improve visibility into financial operations, proactively identifying risks, anomalies, and performance issues.
Prioritize investments across competing needs, balancing financial integrity, platform evolution, and business impact.
Who you are:
5-10 years of product management experience across platform, data, or financial systems, with 3+ years leading Product Managers.
Deep expertise in ERP systems (Oracle EBS preferred) and financial data architectures.
Strong understanding of financial workflows (AP, AR, GL, subledgers, reconciliation, close).
Proven experience owning data platforms, pipelines, or warehouses (batch and event-driven).
Track record of delivering scalable platform products with measurable business impact.
Highly analytical, with the ability to define metrics and use data to drive prioritization and decisions.
Effective cross-functional leader, able to partner with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Data stakeholders.
Comfortable operating across strategy and execution, from long-term vision to hands-on delivery.
Strong communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Experience leading platform modernization or transformation initiatives preferred.
BS/BA required. MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
