In this role, you’ll tackle complex, ambiguous operational challenges at the intersection of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Training Management Systems (TMS) to make training operations seamless for millions. You will have total ownership over end-to-end user journeys, connecting scheduling, approvals, resource tracking, and AI-driven workflows into one beautifully cohesive product experience. 🛠️ The Day-to-Day
  • Frame the Unframable: Turn complex, ambiguous inputs into razor-sharp problem statements, clear workflow maps, and testable design hypotheses.

  • Connect Ecosystem Workflows: Craft seamless end-to-end interactions across training requests, resource allocations, manager approvals, instructor scheduling, and real-time operations.

  • Design Complete States: Bring high-caliber interaction design and visual craft to complex planning interfaces, capacity checks, conflict alerts, and recovery paths.

  • Incorporate Smart AI Assistance: Design trustworthy, intelligent scheduling assistance, conflict detection, and operational summaries that put humans in control.

  • Prototype and Iterate: Test realistic workflow states and platform behavior quickly using Figma, AI-assisted tools, or light code to de-risk technical feasibility early.

  • Champion System Alignment: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design System teams to extend reusable primitives, preserve API boundaries, and maintain accessibility.

  • AI-Assisted Innovation: Skillful use of AI tools for prototyping, research synthesis, design QA, and exploring smart automation user experiences.

Step 1: We’ll kick things off with a 30-minute video call with a member of our Talent team. We’ll get to know you, share more about the role and team, and make sure we’re aligned.

Step 2: A 45–60-minute conversation with the hiring manager focused on your experience, approach, and what excites you most about this opportunity.

Step 3: A 60-minute portfolio deep dive and collaborative case discussion focused on complex operational workflows, platform constraints, interaction and visual decisions, evidence, and measurable learning or impact.

Step 4: A final conversation focused on product-area influence, mentorship, values alignment, and cross-functional decision making
