Run ad-hoc investigations into metric fluctuations
Work directly with functional leads
2. Research

Ad-hoc investigation of metric fluctuations and anomalies
Find and analyze bottlenecks: conversion drop-offs and segmentation
Validate product hypotheses
Data mining for non-obvious patterns and growth opportunities
Prioritize problems jointly with Product, ranked by potential impact on the north-star metric
3. A/B Testing

Test design calculations: sample size, MDE, duration, randomization split
Verify split correctness and run sanity checks before reading any results
Report results together with guardrail metrics
Define data-tracking requirements (which events must be added)
Maintain the test archive
Deliver actionable recommendations from each experiment
Proactively surface data-quality issues before decisions get built on that data
