Jobber has also been named on the Globe and Mail’s Canada’s Top Growing Companies list, and Deloitte Canada’s Technology Fast 50™, Enterprise Fast 15, and Technology Fast 500™ lists. With an Executive team that has over thirty years of industry experience of leading the way, we’ve come a long way from our first customer in 2011—but we’ve just scratched the surface of what we want to accomplish for our customers.

The team:

The Product Partnerships team at Jobber builds and scales strategic technology relationships that create powerful product experiences for our shared customers. Our App Marketplace is a critical growth lever — connecting home service professionals with the tools they need to run their businesses while extending Jobber's platform value through a thriving ecosystem of integrated software partners.

The role:

We are hiring a Senior Partner Program Manager, ISV Marketplace to own the strategy, operations, and growth of Jobber's ISV Marketplace program and scale the systems that attract, enable, and retain high-quality marketplace partners.

This role sits at the intersection of program management, platform strategy, and partner operations. You will define and execute the end-to-end marketplace partner experience — from recruitment and onboarding through listing optimization and ongoing performance management — while building the scalable frameworks, tooling, and governance needed to grow the marketplace into a best-in-class ecosystem.

This is a highly strategic and operationally driven role requiring strong program management discipline, commercial thinking, cross-functional leadership, and experience scaling marketplace or platform partner programs in a fast-growing environment.

Travel to partner sites and industry conferences will be required.

As the Sr. Partner Program Manager, ISV Marketplace, you will own:

  • Marketplace Strategy & Program Design

    • Own the end-to-end ISV Marketplace program strategy and operating model

    • Define marketplace partner tiers, requirements, benefits, and engagement standards

    • Design and implement scalable onboarding, certification, and listing quality frameworks

    • Establish program policies, governance standards, and partner guidelines that maintain marketplace integrity

    • Develop the marketplace partner lifecycle from recruitment through scale with a programmatic approach

    • Continuously benchmark against industry-leading marketplaces to evolve Jobber's program

  • Marketplace Operations & Performance

    • Optimize marketplace operational processes including the process for listing reviews, partner communications, and program compliance

    • Responsible for operational process for external third-party marketplace listings

    • Define and track marketplace health metrics, partner performance indicators, and ecosystem KPIs

    • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that surface actionable insights to leadership

    • Manage 1: many communications with partners and be the default contact for Tier 3 partners

  • Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape marketplace platform capabilities, APIs, and developer experience

    • Work closely with Partner Managers to create programs that support partner growth and success

    • Work with Marketing to drive marketplace awareness, partner co-marketing, and listing discoverability

    • Align with Sales and Success teams to enable marketplace-driven customer acquisition and retention motions

    • Provide marketplace insights, competitive intelligence, and ecosystem reporting to senior leadership

    • Champion the voice of ISV partners internally to influence product and platform investment decisions

To be successful, you should have:

  • Proven experience in partner program management, marketplace operations, or platform ecosystem roles within technology companies

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Management, or related field

  • Experience designing, launching, or scaling ISV marketplace or app ecosystem programs

  • Demonstrated success building partner lifecycle frameworks, tiering models, and operational playbooks

  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities

  • Commercial acumen and experience setting and exceeding ecosystem growth targets

  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally

  • Data-driven mindset with experience building KPI frameworks and translating metrics into strategic action

  • Technical fluency and understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform/developer ecosystems

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for building structured, scalable programs that drive real business results

  • Willingness to travel regularly for conferences and partner engagements

Compensation :

At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum Total Target Commission (TTC) of $166,200, a midpoint of $195,500, and a maximum salary of $224,800, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling. This TTC consists of your base salary, as well as an incentive at 20% of your base salary for achieving individual/team goals which is paid out quarterly.

We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual’s current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.

Base salary is just one part of a total compensation package that will include equity rewards, annual stipends for health and wellness, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums for body and mind. Your professional growth matters to us too! You’ll have access to a dedicated talent development program that includes career coaching and opportunities for career development.

We believe in transparency and open conversations about compensation. If you have any questions about our approach, we’re happy to discuss them throughout the hiring process!

What you can expect from Jobber:

  • A total compensation package that includes an extended health benefits package with fully paid premiums for both body and mind, matching in RRSP, TFSA or FHSA, and stock options.

  • A dedicated Talent Development team and access to coaching, learning, and leadership programs to help you grow your career, reach your goals, and unlock your full potential.

  • A unique opportunity to build, grow, and leave your impact on a $400-billion industry that has no dominant player...yet.

  • To work with a group of people who are humble, supportive, and give a sh*t about our customers.

We believe that diverse teams perform better and that fostering an inclusive work environment is a key part of growing a successful team. We welcome people of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to working with applicants requesting accommodation at any stage of the hiring process.
