About the role

We’re looking for a Senior MuleSoft Developer to help design, build, and scale enterprise integrations that connect critical business systems across the company. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can lead solution design, influence architecture, and partner closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, durable integrations.

What you’ll do

  • Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions using MuleSoft and related APIs across enterprise platforms.

  • Provide technical guidance to developers and help drive alignment with architectural standards, best practices, and long-term scalability.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into sustainable technical designs.

  • Lead solution reviews, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and improve reliability across connected systems.

  • Coach less senior engineers and raise the bar on engineering quality, maintainability, and delivery.

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of experience building integrations in large-scale enterprise environments, with deep hands-on expertise in MuleSoft(including Data Weave)

  • Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, event-driven integrations, security, and enterprise integration patterns.

  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex technical solutions with measurable business impact.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating with or building on Salesforce is a strong plus.

  • Background with Kafka, Five9 (or other Telephony Integrations), CI/CD, or enterprise platform modernization.

  • Experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
