Partners with senior executives to shape growth priorities, market positioning, integrated offerings, executive narratives, proposals, client presentations, and internal strategy materials. Source, assess, engage, and close diverse candidates for advisory, finance, analytics, accounting, risk, compliance, and specialized technology roles. Build talent pipelines, optimize recruiting systems and reporting, enhance employer branding and candidate experience, lead recruiting programs, and coach junior talent acquisition team members.

The role involves leading business development and sales, executing NetSuite projects, and developing practice materials, requiring strong implementation experience and client relationship skills.

Conduct SOX/ICFR risk assessments, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, develop remediation roadmaps, create control process flows and risk/control matrices, communicate findings to clients, and support internal audit and cybersecurity risk assessments.

Lead operational value-creation engagements to drive measurable EBITDA and cash-flow improvements. Perform diagnostics, design and execute bottom-up improvement plans across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and commercial functions. Partner with executives, boards, lenders, and private equity sponsors, manage and mentor teams, and support business development and sponsor communications.

As Associate Director, lead client engagements, manage implementation projects, and contribute to business development in NetSuite solutions.

The role involves executing value creation initiatives, improving cash flow and EBITDA, supporting diagnostics, and managing performance improvement efforts with clients and stakeholders.

Lead litigation advisory engagements including economic damages quantification, business valuation, forensic accounting, expert report preparation, deposition and trial support. Manage client relationships, mentor staff, oversee budgets and quality control, and support business development and practice growth.

Provide accounting advisory to clients during business transformations, research complex accounting issues, prepare memos/analyses/presentations, partner directly with clients and senior leaders, execute workstreams, and help improve financial reporting, controls, and processes under US GAAP and IFRS.

Lead enterprise-wide technology and systems transformations including ERP modernization, cloud and infrastructure migration, M&A systems integration and carve-outs. Advise C-suite and private equity on technology strategy, oversee multi-platform program delivery, expand Systems & Technology Transformation offerings, drive business development, and recruit and develop high-performing consulting teams to deliver measurable performance improvement.

Advise clients on complex accounting and reporting issues (US GAAP and IFRS), perform research and analysis, develop memos and client deliverables, support transactions and IPO readiness, improve financial processes, collaborate with senior leaders, and coach junior team members.

Lead and support M&A transaction workstreams including quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow analyses. Prepare client deliverables, conduct financial and accounting research, participate in executive interviews, coach junior staff, and apply GAAP knowledge to transaction, tax, integration, and distressed scenarios. Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines and maintain client relationships; travel as required.

Serve as interim Head of Tax or Tax Director across client engagements, advising on ASC 740, federal/state/local tax compliance, M&A and transaction tax, tax controls, and tax technology. Lead tax operations, oversee compliance workflows, manage external preparers and provisions, drive tax operating model redesign and technology implementations, support tax due diligence and post‑close integration, and act as primary tax advisor to executive leadership during transitions.

Lead delivery of indirect tax (sales & use) advisory engagements for multi-state and multinational clients. Manage teams, perform state tax research and nexus/taxability analyses, draft technical memoranda, assist with sales tax software implementations and accounting, support audit defense and controversy, and oversee engagement setup, staffing, and billing while ensuring timely, high-quality client service.
