Opportunity!We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to join our engineering team and build high-impact mobile experiences used daily by millions of users. You will deliver scalable, reliable, and polished features across iOS and Android while partnering closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
In this role, you will take ownership of mobile feature development end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions, and continuously improve engineering standards for a large-scale consumer mobile platform.
Requirements:- 4+ years of commercial experience with React Native (iOS and Android) and strong TypeScript/JavaScript expertise
- Deep understanding of the React Native ecosystem, including build processes, performance optimization, monitoring, LiveOps, and native module integration
- Strong grasp of React rendering behavior and frontend best practices
- Experience with modern mobile tooling such as Expo, monorepos, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure environments such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services
- Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate implementations, including animations and microinteractions
- Strong understanding of mobile app interaction with backend APIs and web technologies
- Experience contributing to large-scale, consumer-facing applications
- Strong focus on code quality, testing, maintainability, and release stability
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Daily overlap with US Eastern Time Zone and reliable high-speed internet
- Experience with LLM-assisted development workflows or modern AI-powered engineering tools
- Exposure to native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
- Experience contributing to shared mobile architecture or platform foundations
- Building mobile experiences used daily by millions of users
- Collaborating closely with product and design to craft polished, user-centric journeys
- Raising the bar for mobile engineering standards and best practices
- Working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment focused on impact
