As the Marketing Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives for your assigned product portfolio, working closely with the Marketing team and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and market success. You’ll oversee local product launches, develop marketing campaigns, and provide the sales team with tools and insights to boost performance. Your role also includes gathering market intelligence, supporting medical education efforts, and collaborating on RFPs and pricing strategies. Additionally, you'll contribute to sales training programs and support national and regional conferences, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, especially when working with different teams or sharing ideas. Being proactive, curious, and open to new ways of doing things will go a long way. Fluency in both English and French is a strong asset. This role involves travel within Canada (about 30%) and is hybrid, with three days a week in the Mississauga office, depending on what’s needed.
