About us

We are a Canadian Digital Twin & AI Population Health scale-up based in Toronto. We are obsessed with improving population health and have built national and international award-winning, patented technology that unlocks the complete patient story - including hidden, uncoded, unstructured context. We equip clinical and health system leaders to unlock data to better invest constrained resources for better care outcomes.  Join the team that is trusted by over 100 healthcare sites and powering more than 11.5 million patient visits.

We are a team of engineers, designers, and healthcare professionals united by curiosity, compassion, and a drive to make an impact. We are a tight knit team and we take the time to invest in learning from each other, building connections across our teams, and taking time to celebrate our wins.

Verto is a hybrid company with a remote-first approach. While most of our team works remotely within the GTA, we encourage in-office collaboration at OneEleven (downtown Toronto) on targeted days (e.g., in person days, company-wide Connect Days).

Your role

As the Marketing Lead, you will be working closely with the VP, Corporate Development & Strategy to ensure all moving pieces within Verto’s marketing engine are running smoothly - from crafting compelling content, to building precise demand generation with leading edge techniques, to designing and running small and large-scale events - and more.

This role is ideal for a person who gets satisfaction from seeing raw ideas turn into real impact - rapidly!

Expect this to be a high touch role, working closely with a number of leaders and team members across the business to make smart, data-informed decisions, and ensure that marketing efforts align with broader company priorities.
