Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Talent to support one of the largest brands under Publicis Media umbrella. This role is responsible for overseeing key HR functions, including talent strategy, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The Senior Manager will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and overall business objectives and report to the SVP, Talent.

 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and oversee development of retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Lead the development and execution of performance evaluation systems, employee development plans, and succession planning.
- Project Management: Bring innovative ideas to the table and spearhead their implementation through effective project management, driving impactful HR initiatives

- HR Metrics & Reporting: Use HR analytics to provide insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies are compliant with legal standards and company regulations. Stay updated on labor law changes and proactively update policies as needed.
- Training & Development: Work closely with L&D team to implement employee training programs to build skills, drive engagement, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Compensation & Benefits: Act as a liaison between HRIS and HR department - oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
- Culture & Engagement: Promote a positive work culture by driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Use HR analytics to provide insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies that support business growth.
- Experience in managing employee relations and performance management

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a nice to have

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in advertising industry with strong preference in media agencies
- Proven success in managing change and supporting organizational transformation
- Experience in managing direct reports
