What You'll Do 💻:
- You’ll be a trusted leader and advisor working closely with the CEO and COO, turning our roadmap into action, and significantly increasing the effectiveness of our time, information, and decision-making capabilities.
- You’ll be leading the execution of the company’s highest priorities across various teams while working on long-term special projects and strategic initiatives, such as leveraging AI workflows to optimize our operational efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and improve frameworks for company-wide and team-specific goal setting and measurement in line with the company vision and strategy.
- You’ll be responsible for staying on top of industry and market trends using various research methods.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and processes; recommend and implement improvements.
- Support the CEO and COO in responsibility chart management, including hiring, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
- Plan for the continued growth of the company by identifying talent gaps and help recruit top talent to strengthen our team.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and project planning.
- Lead and execute technology management process, including initial calls, pricing, negotiation, tech assessment, present results, and training.
About you ✏️:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or business operations and finance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience in leading and managing a team with direct reports
- Direct client-facing experience, with exceptional communication, listening, and negotiation skills, and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Have extremely strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives. Budgeting, forecasting, and developing innovative insights and trends from disparate datasets.
- Extreme attention to detail and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Varied experience in business and operational development, with enthusiasm for identifying and addressing structural gaps.
- Proficiency in managing OKRs and KPIs, using metrics to drive performance and support key decisions.
- Experience with technology vendor selection, pilot and implementation process
- Adaptability to wear multiple hats, viewing challenges as opportunities, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Excitement about developing a structure where it is lacking.

- Base Compensation: A compensation package with a base salary between 130-150K CAD
- Additional Compensation: Performance bonus based on individual and company performance. Additional incentives are available after a tenure of 1 year.
