Job Summary

We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead the development of enterprise SaaS products and platform services. This role combines engineering leadership with technical ownership, requiring active participation in architecture discussions, technical planning, and engineering execution. You will lead engineering teams while partnering with Product, Architecture, and Engineering leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop software engineering teams responsible for enterprise SaaS products and platform services
  • Drive technical execution and delivery of roadmap initiatives across cloud-based and distributed systems
  • Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering planning activities
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans
  • Drive engineering best practices across CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security, and operational readiness
  • Review technical designs and provide guidance on scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance
  • Support production operations, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor engineers and technical leads while fostering a culture of accountability and engineering excellence
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience building SaaS applications, distributed systems, or cloud-based services
  • 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
  • Experience participating in architecture reviews and technical design discussions for production systems
  • Experience delivering software using Agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices
  • Experience supporting production systems, including operational readiness, incident response, and reliability improvements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise software technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, SQL, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience delivering large-scale SaaS products or platform services
  • Experience leading technical initiatives involving scalability, performance, or platform modernization
  • Experience mentoring senior engineers or technical leads
  • Experience participating in security, reliability, or compliance initiatives
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in engineering workflows
