We are seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to address complex challenges, design scalable processes, and drive operational excellence across our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will collaborate with GTM leaders to optimize territory management, provide data-driven insights, and ensure adherence to GTM guidelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Duties

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the VP of Revenue Operations, identifying and solving key challenges.
  • Support the VP in managing forecasting cadences.
  • Assist with sales planning activities, including account enrichment, market segmentation, territory mapping, capacity planning, and designing sales compensation plans.
  • Develop and track KPIs to monitor performance, forecasting, and funnel management to achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Systems team to build infrastructure supporting new GTM motions and channels.
  • Provide actionable insights on the effectiveness of GTM initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Revenue Operations to design efficient, scalable, and predictable GTM processes.
  • Lead GTM experimentation, driving innovation and optimization.

Travel Requirements

  • Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in GTM/Revenue/Sales Operations or Management Consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Power user of Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, and familiarity with other sales productivity tools.
  • Experience designing and managing GTM processes in complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to fine-tune processes, analyze data, and present actionable insights.
  • Experience in sales planning activities such as target market analysis, territory mapping, capacity planning, and quota allocation.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Adaptive to change, with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic, intellectually curious, and effective at solving complex problems with clear, fact-based recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $145,000 - $165,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
