The teams within Financial Crime Operations (FCO) lead the approach to managing AML/CTF and Sanctions risks across the CBA group.

 

The FCO Capability Team is accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing training and capability build for FCO teams across Australia, India and New Zealand.

 

Do work that matters

The Capability and Leaning Consultant plays an integral role in delivering on the learning needs and designs, and developing and delivering our capability and learning programs.

You will work in a highly regulated and fast paced environment to enable the Group to effectively and efficiently manage its financial crime risks in line with the Group’s AML/CTF program.

Design, create and develop learning solutions, programs and evaluations across varied learning digital technology and delivery formats. Consult and provide subject matter expertise in the solution design of capability and learning initiatives.

  • Develop and design face to face and digital learning tools including learning materials, eLearning, video, infographics, audio podcasts, animation, communication materials and html content.
  • Maintain currency in relation to evolving learning content and practices to ensure learning resources are contemporary and fit for purpose.
  • Review, refine and adjust learning content, materials and resources based on quality assurance and SME feedback.
  • Support the capability and learning solution end to end including needs analysis, design and solution concept, implementation, evaluation and ongoing enhancement.
  • Understand your role and team’s risk and controls profile, responsibilities and apply non financial risk management practices through effective oversight, governance and controls to identify and mitigate non financial risk.

  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • A well-developed Risk mindset
  • A passion for learning and development
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of training methodologies, principles and processes
  • Knowledge of AML/CTF and Sanctions obligations aligned  to Regulatory requirements
  • Experience in digital learning formats

 

Please note, this is a 12 month secondment/fixed-term contract.
