Zynga is looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Operations who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, autonomous, and highly organized. This is a hybridized role that focuses on reviewing the interconnected pieces of broadspanning initiatives with the executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, process optimization, and be able to complete the analysis of business initiatives. What You'll Do: 

  • Coordinate and implement the strategic business plan, operational objectives, corporate integration initiatives, and projects across multiple entities under Take Two.

  • Work independently to gather data, provide analysis, and give recommendations for business planning and financial scenarios/forecasting for P&L. Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation.

  • Direct the creation of communication materials for the supported business, which includes the implementation of improvements and processes to better inform employees and management. Provide support on the creation of executive and board level presentations.

  • Draft business communications, executive board updates, dashboards and other sensitive materials on behalf of the leadership team.

  • Liaison with T2 corporate functions, Zynga labels and internal unnamed programs, where necessary (e.g. legal, HR, finance).

  • Additionally, be a liaison between the many studios within Zynga to help provide a concierge-esk level of service as we continue to share technology across studios.

  • Drive strategic initiatives across studios that are deemed imperative to the business.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of operations or project management experience in the tech industry, leading software engineering initiatives.

  • Clear and confident communicator and collaborator. Able to lead business initiatives, build teams, and generate clear presentations that summarize projects, share knowledge, and drive improvements.

  • Self-motivated, autonomous, demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and maturity under pressure.

  • Collaborative by nature, quickly and easily builds relationships, ensures open dialog, engenders trust and partners well within a team to deliver results.

  • Highly organized. Able to track and maintain large volumes of documentation for archival and retrieval purposes.

  • Thrives in ambiguity, drives toward clarity.
