We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to optimize and scale our marketing efforts. This role is responsible for overseeing the technology and processes that drive our demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and overall marketing performance. As a key leader in the marketing team, you will work to enhance efficiency, mature our operations, and drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of marketing operations professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Global Head of Marketing Operations to define and execute a comprehensive marketing operations strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports growth.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of tools for lead management, scoring, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team on technology strategies and operational best practices
  • Oversee and implement best practices for marketing database management, segmentation, and data governance to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to improve conversion rates across digital channels and campaigns.
  • Oversee automation of marketing campaigns and workflows to improve lead nurturing, customer engagement, and conversion
  • Support and refine processes for Digital, Field, Channel, and Customer Marketing as well as SDR Operations, ensuring cross-functional alignment and efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless integration between marketing, sales, and customer success teams to enhance lead flow and pipeline visibility.
  • Establish and refine marketing processes, workflows, and best practices to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and implement best practices for data governance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving marketing technologies to keep the marketing team at the forefront of innovation.
  • Work closely with a team of marketing operations professionals, providing mentorship and career development.


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or related fields within a B2B technology or cybersecurity company.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing marketing operations teams.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong background in pipeline management, lead scoring, and campaign attribution modeling.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, ABM, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI tools a plus.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry and knowledge of enterprise B2B sales cycle is a plus
  • Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and scalability
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
