Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join our team in Mississauga, ON.
A Day in the Life:
Oversee key HR initiatives and day-to-day operations across Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Staffing, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, and Compensation.
Drive HRBP team excellence and partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement strategies and improve programs.
Coach managers on policy application, employee engagement, and organizational planning.
Support recruitment efforts, job description development, and compensation alignment.
Lead and mentor HRBP team members, ensuring career development and performance management.
Who We’re Looking for:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field OR 8 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree required.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of Canadian labour laws, employment standards, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional HR initiatives in mid‑to‑large organizations.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic outcomes.
Advanced communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics and data to inform decisions.
Desired:

Leadership & Influence: inspires teams and influences stakeholders at all levels.
Change Management: skilled at guiding organizations through transformation.

Mississauga Ontario CanadaSalary Range:
$133,622.00 - $167,174.00This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
