Position Overview:

Insulet Corporation is one of the fastest growing medical device companies thanks to the global success of the Omnipod® Insulin Management System in reducing the daily burden for people living with diabetes.

The Senior HCP Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating the HCP-focused strategy and implementing tactical execution to drive awareness and education and accelerate growth. This role will require significant collaboration with cross-functional and cross-border teams to ensure a consistent and successful approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordination of HCP focused activities designed to drive Omnipod® System awareness as appropriate market-by-market     
  • Identify new HCP education opportunities and maintain momentum of existing initiatives already in market
  • Support and work in partnership with the regional sales teams across all HCP focused initiatives and messaging
  • Collaborate closely with key cross-functional team members including regulatory, clinical, medical education and legal/compliance to ensure streamlined processes for product commercialization activities
  • Develop ongoing market intelligence and analysis to support and inform business planning and strategies for market growth.
  • Closely support HCP focused medical education and KOL outreach programs
  • Coordinate and support HCP programs at Regional and National Congresses and Meetings
  • Collaborate closely with the global Marketing team to ensure messaging and program consistency

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business, MS or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of commercial full time Marketing experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical setting – diabetes experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with and ability to manage HCP focused projects in pharma/medical device setting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, complex and cross-functional projects required.

  • Experience working in medical device or pharmaceutical environments
  • Ability to work in a complex and collaborative environment
  • Project planning familiarity
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability for wide-ranging project needs
  • Detail focused and outcomes oriented
  • Extremely thorough with exceptional organizational skills
  • Good Excel understanding and modelling ability
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Good PowerPoint and presentation skills

Travel

  • Will be required to do 1-2 field rides per month and attend all project related tradeshows or conferences.
