About the team

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Acquisition to lead performance marketing across Canada, with a core focus on paid social as a primary growth lever.

This role is responsible for scaling efficient customer acquisition by combining deep channel expertise (Meta, TikTok, etc.) with full-funnel thinking, experimentation rigour, and strong cross-functional execution.

You will own strategy and execution across paid social while influencing broader acquisition channels, working closely with brand, analytics, product, and global performance teams.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead end-to-end strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms

  • Manage budgets, pacing, and performance against CAC, LTV, and ROAS

  • Drive creative-led growth, partnering with brand and creative teams to unlock performance

  • Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition strategies (prospecting → retargeting → conversion)

  • Design and run structured experiments (incrementality, creative testing, geo tests)

  • Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

  • Manage and challenge agency partners and deliver best-in-class execution

  • Ensure strong operational rigour (reporting, QA, campaign hygiene)

Your profile
  • At least 8+ years of experience in paid social acquisition. Experience across both agency and in-house environments. Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets

  • Proven track record of scaling spend while maintaining or improving efficiency

  • Strong understanding of platform mechanics (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.)

  • Comfortable with attribution, incrementality, and measurement challenges

  • Ability to connect channel metrics to business outcomes (LTV, contribution margin)

  • Strong intuition for what makes high-performing creative

  • Experience briefing and iterating on performance creative at scale

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners

  • Builder mindset, and you are comfortable creating structure, not just operating within it

For this role, the target base salary range in Toronto is $120,000 - $140,000 CAD annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. In general, our ranges reflect the market-based target for new hire salaries based on the level and location of the role.
