What you'll be doing.
- Lead the analysis, design, and integration of end-to-end business processes across functions aligned to transformation goals
- Drive cross-functional process improvement initiatives, translating enterprise direction into executable solutions
- Partner with SAP S/4HANA, S&OP, and related technology teams to ensure process alignment and integration
- Conduct "As-Is" and "To-Be" process analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities
- Design and document optimized processes using standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN 2.0, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma)
- Maintain process documentation, workflows, and RACI frameworks using tools such as SAP Signavio
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across business and technology teams to align on process design and delivery
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to support alignment, decisions, and adoption
- Support change management efforts including communication, training, and adoption planning
- Track and measure process performance, value realization, and continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, policies, and regulatory standards
- Support testing readiness, execution, and defect resolution in partnership with delivery teams
- Provide coaching and leadership to team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to senior leadership as needed
What you'll need to be successful.
- 7-10 years of experience in business process integration, transformation, or digital enablement
- Strong experience working with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Expertise in business process management tools such as SAP Signavio (or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of process methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and BPM
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver cross-functional solutions in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving governance, compliance, and data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
