Experience working with complex high-growth companies needed.
As a critical link between Sales and Credit, you’ll negotiate and prepare credit submissions for loan proposals for our most complex high-growth, high-impact agribusiness and agri-food customers.
What you’ll do:
- Assess the risk of each business and recommend loan structures
- Conduct research and advise your team, including Senior Relationship Managers, in preparation for meetings with key customers and prospects
- Complete analysis and submissions for account reviews, compliance monitoring and eligibility rulings
- Act as liaison between Credit and your team

- Effective communicator and relationship-builder able to work with internal partners and external resources, often through challenging negotiations

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree and at least six years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- A graduate degree is an asset
- Aptitude for complex lending and advanced credit and risk-mitigation analysis
