As a Senior Lead Business Systems Analyst specializing in GTM (Go-To-Market) Systems at Workiva, you will take an expert role in driving transformation and innovation across sales processes (e.g. lead to opportunity, partner enablement, quote to cash). This is an opportunity to shape the future of our GTM systems strategy while delivering measurable business impact at scale. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across sales, sales operations, and product marketing to define and implement solutions that elevate performance, align with growth objectives, and foster continuous improvement.

In this role, you will own and drive the strategic roadmap for GTM systems, act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, and lead the integration of advanced tools and processes that drive Workiva’s success.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders: Partner with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document complex requirements for GTM system optimizations

  • Strategic Problem Solving: Lead the identification of high-value business challenges and architect innovative, scalable solutions that address enterprise-level needs

  • Advanced Process Optimization: Assess, refine, and design lead-to-opportunity workflows, aligning them with cutting-edge practices and strategic objectives

  • Technology Leadership: Leverage your expert knowledge of GTM technologies (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, SalesLoft, Xactly, 6Sense, Drift, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to drive system enhancements that yield significant ROI

  • Own the GTM Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and execute the roadmap for GTM systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes

  • Influence at Scale: Serve as a key advisor to leadership, driving alignment, enabling informed decision-making, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration

  • Mentorship & Enablement: Provide guidance to cross-functional teams, mentoring peers, and enabling partners to understand and maximize system capabilities

  • Drive Innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and GTM trends, integrating new capabilities to maintain a competitive edge

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in a related role, or equivalent advanced experience (SaaS and Salesforce consulting backgrounds strongly preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in lead-to-opportunity processes, with a track record of delivering enterprise-level optimizations

  • Service Cloud Proficiency: Experience with Service Cloud implementations, including case management, knowledge management, and customer support processes

  • Experience Cloud Familiarity: Understanding of Experience Cloud and its capabilities for building customer portals and communities

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, shape business strategies, and drive alignment across executive teams

  • Expert Problem-Solving: Experience independently solving complex business challenges and driving impactful process and system improvements

  • Advanced Collaboration: Ability to foster a culture of cross-functional partnership, influencing stakeholders and enabling teams to achieve shared goals

  • Technical Excellence: Deep understanding of GTM technologies and their integration to optimize efficiency and productivity

  • Change Leadership: Experience leading significant transformations with measurable business impact

  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive consensus

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Travel up to 15% to collaborate with teams and represent Workiva at key meetings

  • Flexible remote work supported with reliable internet access

How You’ll Be Rewarded

✅ Salary range in the US: $133,000.00 - $214,000.00

✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
