  • Support team success by coaching or mentoring less‑experienced project professionals when needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience leading complex IT or technology projects in large or enterprise environments

  • Experience delivering enterprise infrastructure, platform, network, security, or shared services initiatives

  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and transparent project delivery

  • Comfort managing budgets, forecasts, and cross‑team dependencies

  • Ability to navigate change and operate effectively in a cross‑functional, evolving environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent professional experience

  • PMP (Project Management Professional), Agile, or related project management certification

  • Experience working in regulated or large‑scale enterprise environments, such as financial services

Competencies:

  • Understanding of how technology enables enterprise and business strategy

  • Awareness of the full IT delivery lifecycle and technology stack

  • Strategic mindset with consideration for both short‑ and long‑term outcomes

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Continuous learner who seeks feedback, coaching, and growth

  • Collaborative partner who works effectively across teams and functions

We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply, even if you don’t meet every qualification listed.

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.

  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.

  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
