Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior I&IT Project Manager to lead a critical infrastructure modernization initiative focused on migrating application databases from legacy infrastructure to supported platforms. This role requires an accomplished project leader with strong stakeholder management skills, technical acumen, and the ability to drive complex enterprise-wide initiatives while managing competing priorities and tight timelines.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, technology professionals, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery while supporting organizational change and modernization objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic communication and change management strategies throughout all project phases, from planning through implementation.
  • Provide business analysis expertise to support enterprise-wide initiatives, data analytics, executive briefing materials, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Lead organizational change efforts and foster strong partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Develop project strategies, frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and recommendations.
  • Apply project management methodologies and best practices to direct, coordinate, execute, monitor, and successfully complete projects.
  • Manage complex project schedules, resource estimates, approvals, deliverables, and reporting activities.
  • Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and project deliverables.
  • Oversee privacy and security-related project deliverables.
  • Lead technical teams and support Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Conduct research, analyze emerging trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare project plans, status reports, presentations, executive briefings, and related documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Proven experience facilitating client meetings and workshops.
  • Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience creating and maintaining project plans and status reports.
  • Experience managing privacy and security deliverables.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments and methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams.
  • Strong technical and business aptitude.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated leadership style with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting challenging deadlines.
  • Experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation.
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities.
