Senior Hardware Sales Specialist

Position Summary: 
The Senior Hardware Sales Specialist is responsible for driving hardware sales growth through the development and implementation of solution-based sales strategies in the POS systems sector. Engaging with clients to deliver customized hardware solutions that address complex business needs, you will maintain long-term relationships and act as a key strategic partner. Your deep product knowledge and consultative selling approach allow you to effectively position our offerings to meet client objectives. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to deliver hardware solutions. 

  • Engage in high-level consultations to uncover client needs and propose value-driven hardware solutions. 

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders. 

  • Ensure alignment between client objectives and hardware capabilities. 

  • Guide and mentor junior team members on best practices and strategies. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. 

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in hardware sales or equivalent roles. 

  • Strong track record of achieving sales objectives and business development. 

  • Expert consultation and negotiation skills. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Extensive experience in selling POS hardware solutions. 

  • Ability to influence and drive decisions in client engagements. 

  • Experience in managing large-scale client accounts. 

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools. 

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to forecast market trends. 

  • Track record in leading innovative sales initiatives. 

  • Ability to convey technical hardware concepts to non-technical audiences.
