As the Senior Growth Product Manager at 7shifts, you’ll drive initiatives to improve trial conversion and activation rates. Reporting to our Product Lead, you’ll experiment with new ideas, run data-driven tests, and implement strategies to enhance the product experience. Collaborating with marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success teams, you’ll align on growth goals and optimize the user journey to boost engagement and deliver measurable results.

What you’ll do:

  • Build data-driven growth plans to boost trial conversion and activation rates to get higher user engagement
  • Optimize the product experience to reduce drop-offs and enhance onboarding, ensuring smoother journeys for new users
  • Use data analytics to uncover insights that guide growth strategies and drive better decisions across the organization
  • Collaborate across teams to align growth initiatives with broader company goals, ensuring a unified approach to user success
  • Gather customer insights to shape product enhancements and develop features that resonate with user needs
  • Design and implement rapid experiments to test new ideas, driving faster iterations and quicker wins
  • Lead and mentor team members in developing growth strategies to foster innovation and continuous improvement

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience focused on growth in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of boosting key metrics through strategic decision-making
  • An experimentation mindset focused on data-driven decisions, always testing and learning to uncover new growth opportunities
  • Strong storytelling and analytical skills, you simplify complex ideas for the engineering team and deliver compelling growth pitches to clients and stakeholders
  • Experience leveraging data tools like SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to uncover insights and shape strategies that drive product improvements
  • An obsession with understanding the customer – you transform user insights into actionable changes that elevate the product experience
  • A collaborative approach — you effectively manage stakeholders and align everyone on the growth journey while solving problems creatively and strategically
  • Leadership by example, mentoring and inspiring the team to drive growth initiatives from concept to execution, embracing ambiguity, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
