The AppLovin Apps team fuels new user acquisition growth of the largest mobile apps globally across every vertical from fintech to social networks. By leveraging AppLovin’s best-in-class AI-advertising engine and global reach, we ensure advertisers achieve their UA growth objectives and reach new levels of scale.

Please note that this role requires onsite presence at our Toronto office.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the growth strategy for your clients on Applovin.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to the success of their business.
  • Show curiosity to understand your clients businesses in depth.
  • Use data as the foundation of your day to day operations and strategic guidance to your clients.
  • Ensure new campaigns are set up for success by educating clients on best practices on  AppLovin’s platform.
  • Become an expert on AppLovin’s mobile advertising products and how best they can be utilized to achieve the success clients.
  • Work closely with internal partners across business operations and the Apps Sales teams to ensure client goals are exceeded and long term account growth is achieved.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in client-facing roles (preferably within digital media), with a strong emphasis on strategy and growth.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and build compelling narratives from data.
  • Independent thinker with a strong sense of curiosity, unafraid to ask tough questions or challenge conventional ideas.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented, leveraging strong analytical and negotiation skills to guide and educate external clients on optimizing campaign performance.
  • Passionate about data, analysis, and problem solving, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Thrives on making a measurable impact for partners, consistently going above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
  • Proactively identifies new opportunities, effectively addressing challenges to exceed performance goals and drive ongoing improvement.
  • Excels in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments with competing priorities, demonstrating an exceptional work ethic and commitment to results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in external-facing roles in industries like Performance marketing, investment banking, finance, VC/PE, mobile/mobile gaming, or management consulting.
  • Experience in mobile and knowledge of the mobile advertising landscape, including key players and best practices.
  • Understanding of models for intelligent decision-making (e.g., game theory, chess, poker), illustrating an aptitude for strategic thinking and analysis.
