About the Role: 

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Litmus, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual communication of our brand across all platforms. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging designs that effectively communicate our message and resonate with our target audience. This role requires a blend of creativity, execution, and strategic thinking, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and emerging design trends. You will work closely with the marketing team, product team, and other stakeholders to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, including website assets, landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, presentations, and event materials.  
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and campaign goals.  
  • Translate marketing strategies and concepts into impactful visual designs that align with our brand identity and business objectives.  
  • Maintain and evolve our brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms while exploring new ways to creative push our brand forward.  
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies, continuously adapting and evolving creative strategies.  
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Present design concepts and effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.  
  • 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and projects.  
  • Expert in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma. 
  • Experience with web design principles and UI/UX best practices.  
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color, layout, and composition.  
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities, market shifts, and emerging design trends.  
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality designs.  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with patience and active listening to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.  
  • Experience in the software industry is a plus. 

***This is a hybrid in-office position out of our Toronto office.
