We’re looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer with UI/UX experience to join our team at OTT Pay. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to lead the visual design and digital content creation efforts across a variety of channels — with a strong focus on social media and rich media content. You’ll bring together strategic thinking and hands-on design skills to produce high-impact creative assets that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across North America.

How you will contribute:

• Lead UI/UX design for the company’s app, including interface, interaction, and visual experience.
• Participate in product discussions, user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Handle graphic design tasks (marketing visuals, posters, brand collaterals, etc.).
• Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to implement design solutions.
• Maintain and optimize design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Mentor junior or mid-level designers when applicable.

What you bring to the table:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with proven app or SaaS projects.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design, user flow, and usability principles.
• Excellent sense of visual design, typography, and composition.
• Experience in branding and marketing design is an asset.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to delivery.

Nice to have:

• Experience in FinTech, payment, or e-commerce design.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React/Flutter).
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
