As the Senior FP&A Associate, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic financial insights and guidance to senior management and key stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Planning, Financial Strategy & Consolidations, you will collaborate closely with FP&A Business Units to develop, collect, and consolidate organizational financial forecasts and to prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports for the senior leadership.- Partner with FP&A Business Units to develop annual budgets and business plans, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, financial targets, and disciplined cost management.
- Lead enterprise-wide payroll budgeting and forecasting, collaborating with HR and regional leaders to align workforce planning with strategic and operational priorities.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting for enabling functions (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and others), driving cost transparency, accountability, and value‑focused investment decisions.
- Lead the consolidation of regional financial actuals and forecasts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and clear articulation of underlying business drivers.
- Own executive-level monthly FP&A reporting, delivering concise insights on performance trends, risks, opportunities, and forward‑looking outlooks to support executive decision-making.
- Lead the preparation of quarterly corporate reporting packages for the Board of Directors and executive leadership team.
- Maintain and enhance short‑term consolidated financial models, producing scenario analysis and sensitivities to support strategic and operational planning.
- Work closely with FP&A Business Units to advance FP&A best practices, driving continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and systems.
- Develop and maintain FP&A Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level management insights to support data-driven decision making.

Pay Range:
