We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to drive strategic decision-making across our global supply chain operations. What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for supporting the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) function by performing complex analyses related to expenses to support ISC with informed decision making.

  • Accountable for researching and communicating business trends and their impacts to prepare rolling and original plan budgets; partners with multiple business units to ensure all storage facilities network assumptions are incorporated.

  • Builds complex financial models, dashboards and related reporting to provide accurate information and insights (risks, opportunities, trends); presents on a variety of topics to ISC and Finance leadership.

  • Engages in projects to optimize Supply Chain Finance processes and efficiency; partners with project leads to provide analysis and quantify impacts.

  • Acts as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership to provide financial support that drives ISC initiatives and storage network cost savings.

  • Collaborates with greater Finance department with respect to process optimization and cross functional projects.

About You:

  • A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in financial modeling, planning, reporting, and analysis; experience in Retail or Supply Chain industries is an asset.

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Finance/Accounting); CPA or MBA designations (in-progress may be considered) are assets.

  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), cost accounting methods, and ability to develop and lead tactical initiatives.

  • Strong problem-solving skills including accurate analysis of information, research skills, knowledge of statistical theory and data design/manipulation concepts.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners.

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively or independently as required, accurately estimate the time required to complete deliverables, follow up on assignments, and keep appropriate team members aware of progress.

  • Advanced computer skills including strong spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) skills, knowledge of accounting software, experience with budgeting (e.g. TM1) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power Bi, Tableau).

Salary Range: $ 76,620.00-$107,268.00 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
