Job Description

Zendesk is seeking an Enterprise Campaign Content & Creative Lead to shape the creative direction and execution of high-impact assets that power our enterprise marketing efforts. This role will focus on scaling brand and thought leadership content to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM), sales plays, executive engagements, and more. You will collaborate across teams and lead production efforts, ensuring that every asset—from videos to executive briefs—meets the needs of our campaigns team and resonates with our target audience.

This role is ideal for a strategic and creative professional with a passion for storytelling, strong project management skills, and experience leading cross-functional production efforts to deliver exceptional content.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set the Strategic Vision for the global executive engagements, working with sales and marketing leadership to align briefings with key business goals and drive customer engagement.

  • Develop Tailored Briefing Agendas that address specific customer objectives, refining messaging to highlight Zendesk’s unique value propositions and solutions.

  • Ensure Consistent and Compelling Content by collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify key messaging and secure the right subject matter experts for each briefing.

  • Measure Impact and Drive Improvements by analyzing briefing effectiveness, gathering feedback, and implementing enhancements to optimize the program’s contribution to pipeline and bookings.

  • Manage Large-Scale Events and Projects by coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, communication, and execution excellence.

  • Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to coordinate outreach, scheduling, and agenda design 

  • Create preparation materials for key executive stakeholder meetings

What You Bring to the Role

  • 10+ Years of Experience in content creation, creative leadership, or marketing roles, with a focus on enterprise campaigns.

  • Proven Track Record of Success in managing the production of diverse asset types, including videos, ABM materials, and thought leadership content.

  • Experience Working with Contractors and internal creative teams to deliver exceptional results at scale.

  • Strong Creative Portfolio showcasing a variety of assets, from written content to multimedia.

  • Proficiency in Marketing Tools such as content management platforms, creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics tools.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 7+ Years of Experience in an Executive Briefing Center or customer engagement role, preferably in the technology industry.

  • Expertise in Crafting Customized Briefing Agendas that align with sales objectives and demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs.

  • Strong Technical Acumen with the ability to effectively communicate complex product solutions to diverse audiences, from C-level executives to technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience with CRM Tools like Salesforce.com and briefing management platforms (e.g., Briefing Source) for tracking program metrics and outcomes.

Fully Flexible

In this role, you’ll work primarily remotely with the support of a dynamic and caring team. We’ll provide you with the digital tools and experiences to be together–even when we’re apart. Being digital first doesn’t mean we’re digital only. You’ll also have the flexibility to join us at a Zendesk workspace, in one of our Zendesk offices or our flex office spaces. We will bring our people together on occasion to connect, collaborate, learn, or celebrate in person.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $121,000.00-$181,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
