As the Senior Director, Analytics Implementations, you will be responsible for driving the processes related to implementing and maintaining analytics for our customers. You will report into the Vice President, Analytics Implementations, and will focus on leading project teams to ensure they are delivering value and uncompromising quality to our client organization and also collaborating with other delivery team leaders to provide strategic technical guidance with both existing clients and prospects.

You are expected to participate in Cardinal Path's overall business management and growth and provide feedback and new ideas for Cardinal Path's innovations, team development, client development and client satisfaction.

  • You will lead other team members to define and refine our processes and practices for performing analytics implementations and other technical services and deploy these with the goal of improving quality of key deliverables across projects
  • You will ensure Directors and Associate Directors are delivering a training program that will allow technical staff to gain knowledge on performing analytics implementations.
  • You will manage a group of Directors and Associate Directors
  • You will mentor Directors and/or Associate Directors to successfully execute their team development duties and consulting duties. If needed, they will also work directly with delivery staff on their development
  • You will work closely with direct reports to define career development plans for their associates
  • You will participate in strategic planning for the technical team and be a voice on the larger organizational expansion of the technical team
  • You will educate client team members on best practices and proper management of digital analytics infrastructures to help them enable informed business decisions
  • You will evaluate business goals and objectives from multiple business teams and develop a strategic roadmap to measure success
  • You will consult with clients and/or their agencies on projects requiring web analytics platform selection, implementation, and/or platform remediation
  • You will oversee our efforts to work with client development teams to install, configure & use web analytics services such as Google Analytics, Amplitude and Adobe Analytics
  • You will provide best practice consulting services to clients in solving their Web analytics platform strategy and technical needs.
  • You will partner with multiple business units within the client's organization as well as outside the company to ensure that best practices in metrics and decision making are being exposed to the client.
  • You will work collaboratively across internal departments within Cardinal Path on projects that break down internal work silos

Requirements:

  • You will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • You will have Google Analytics individual qualification
  • You will have knowledge of Tag Management Solutions such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium iQ and/or MetaRouter
  • You will have at least 8 years on-the-job experience implementing web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • You will have experience with HTML and web protocols and advanced JavaScript skills
  • You will be comfortable presenting findings and providing training on analytics tool usage
  • You will have experience with team development, conflict management and organic client growth

The anticipated salary range for this position is $165,000-$180,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
